Terms of delivery

PAYMENT METHODS

All payments taking place in our webshop are always carried out via secure payment service providers. You will be using payment services by Klarna. Please note that the available payment services vary according to your country. Products and postage fees are paid when the order is placed.

POSTAGE FEES AND DELIVERIES

Postage fees within the EU are 14.90 € per shipment and 24.90 € per shipment outside of the EU. Once your packages has been delivered, you will receive an arrival notification via SMS or e-mail. All returned packages are subject to a standard postage fee.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

We will deliver your order within 3 to 7 days depending on our inventory status. We will notify you of any delays via e-mail.

CUSTOMS FEES

When placing orders for products from outside of the EU, you will be personally responsible for all customs fees and import customs of your target country. Such costs vary from country to country, so we are unable to advise you on these. Get in touch with the customs authorities in your country for more information. Arctic Roots Oy shall not be responsible for any products withheld by customs and will not reimburse any money paid for products that go missing in customs or are returned to sender.

PROBLEMS DURING TRANSPORT

If a product goes missing in transport, arrives damaged, or if you receive something you did not order, please notify us immediately at kauppa@yrttiaika.fi. Notifications for erroneous deliveries or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products have a standard 14-day period for exchanging and returning. The exchange and return option applies to normally priced unopened products. Faulty products will be replaced with identical new products. We will not redeem returns submitted under a collect on delivery policy, so make sure you agree on all returns in advance via kauppa@yrttiaika.fi.
